ABOUT ME

For over 35 years I worked at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in Austin, TX in various roles including test engineering, product engineering, infrastructure development, factory applications and program management. 

​

I have been helping friends and family with their computer issues for over thirty years...computer problems, software installs and upgrades, hardware upgrades, computer crashes, setting up new computers, remote diagnostic of issues, and resolving computer virus and malware issues.

 

 

WHY HAVE I STARTED THIS SERVICE??

 

First of all, I like the challenge of solving problems, it's in my DNA! Secondly, I like helping people.

I know firsthand based on my own experience, and from helping others, how truly maddening computers can be!
